The Dashboard Icon on the Dashboard Overview Page is Missing. How do I get it back?

I made edits to a dashboard and when it was moved from our DEV environment to PROD the icon that you see when viewing the Dashboard Overview page was gone (see attached).  I can't find how/where to edit that. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion.  At this point, it is a pretty extensive dashboard with 15 tabs so I think we will just have to live without the icon.  Would be nice if ServiceNow just added an icon/picture field similar to Forms.
