ACLs on reports

Hi,Below is my requirement to create ACLs,Create ACLs on sys_user table for Read access to all records and fieldsreport_view accessreport_create access i am confused what is the 'report_create', Does this is similar to 'report_on' in ACL.Pls help.

ServiceNow CSA exam

I'm planning to take the ServiceNow CSA exam in person, and I'm ready to pay the $300 exam fee. However, when I tried to pay through the webassessor link, it prompted me to enter a voucher code. I don't have a voucher code, but it seems it's required...

In scheduled jobs

Change request should be in closed state only

If we have a change in lying "pending acceptance" state and if we need to close that change (with cancel reason code)as its no longer needed. It would bypass the SMO approval and move to next state "pending owner approval" and sometimes straight way ...
