Employees can submit sensitive complaints or misconduct cases anonymous to the agent working on the case, using the Anonymous Report Center (ARC) portal.

Your employees can use the ARC to:
  • Submit a complaint without disclosing their identity to the agent working the case.
  • Receive updates on their complaint.
  • Communicate confidentially with investigators.
From the Employee Center, employees are re-directed to the ARC and from there they can create a complaint anonymous to the agent working the case.
Note: The ARC can be activated as a stand-alone feature or combined with HR Service Delivery Employee Relations.

You can use the Completely Automated Public Turing (CAPTCHA) or Google reCAPTCHA V2 to verify a human is submitting the complaint.

From the Employee Center, employees can choose to submit a complaint through the Employee Center or use the Anonymous Report Center (ARC). When using the ARC, the user is signed out of the Employee Center and directed to the ARC.
Note:
  • A report key (optional) can be generated that allows the person filing the complaint to track and view details about the progress of the anonymous case and respond to any follow up questions. Without the report key, the person who made the anonymous report cannot access their report. HR agents that have access to the Anonymous Report Center (ARC) and admin has access. For more information, see Setting up the Anonymous Report Center.
  • Anonymous Report Center (ARC) does not display all widgets if the guest user is deleted from the instance.
