- Begin by accessing the Guided Tour Designer. Specify the tour's name, type (for example, Workspace, Service Portal), starting page, and the relevant user roles.
- Add steps
- Use the drag-and-drop interface to incorporate callouts, instructions, and triggers for specific page elements.
- Test and refine
- Test the tour during development to identify and implement necessary changes for an effective user experience.
- Publish the tour
- After the tour is finalized, publish it.
