    Create Help Center content

    To Create Help Center content, you will create or modify two record types: guidance records and embedded help records. The guidance record enables your content, which is in an embedded help record, to display in the Help Center.     Provide Feedback to ServiceNow

    The Help Center menu includes an option you can use to provide your feedback to ServiceNow about your experience with the current product. All feedback is reviewed and may be used to improve the product. For more information see Provide feedback to ServiceNow.
