    Visible to roles: pa_admin and higher.

    The book icon expands and hides the indicator recommendation panel. It also shows how many recommendation tiles there are. Selecting a tile filters the library on the matching indicators.

    The following types of recommendations are currently available:

    n Unused indicators Number of indicators with inactive jobs, empty sources, or no recent views.
