Set improvement opportunities for process tables

  • Set improvement opportunities for process tables using the Finding Builder.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • The sn_process_mining_admin and sn_process_mining_power_user roles can create an improvement opportunity for a project.
    • The sn_process_mining_analyst role can view an improvement opportunity for a project, but can’t create, edit, or delete an improvement opportunity.

    The improvement opportunities that are set for a process table will be available in the library. You can add it to any project that is based on that table.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Process Mining Workspace.
    2. Select the Process configurations icon (Process configurations icon).
    3. Select a table for which you want to create an improvement opportunity.
    4. Go to the Improvement opportunities tab.
      The Improvement opportunity definition page is displayed. Now, you can create the improvement opportunities for your process table using the Finding Builder.
      Important:
      If you try to create a new improvement opportunity or edit an existing improvement opportunity from the Classic view, the Finding Builder is automatically opens.
