    Before you begin

    Role required:

    • The sn_process_mining_admin and sn_process_mining_power_user roles can create an improvement opportunity for a project.
    • The sn_process_mining_analyst role can view an improvement opportunity for a project, but can’t create, edit, or delete an improvement opportunity.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Process Mining Workspace.
    2. Select a project.
      You can add an improvement opportunity while creating a project or editing an existing project. For information about adding an improvement opportunity when creating a project, see Set improvement opportunities.
    3. Select ellipses, and then select Edit project.

    4. Select the Set improvement opportunities tab.
    5. Select New.
      The Improvement opportunity definition page is displayed. Now, you can create the improvement opportunities for your process table.
      Important:
      If you try to create a new improvement opportunity or edit an existing improvement opportunity from the Classic view, the Finding Builder is automatically opens.
