  • The ServiceNow® Usage Insights application enables you to monitor how users interact with your ServiceNow Core UI, Next Experience, Mobile, and Service Portal applications, allowing product managers and applications owners to gain insight into usage and adoption.

    Retention and Cohort analysis User retention and Cohort analysis help you understand how often your users return, and how often they perform predetermined sequences of actions, so you can determine if your users exhibit the desired behavior.
    Conversion funnel Conversion funnels can be used to understand time to conversion, completion and drop-off rates, and trends in aggregate user behavior. These insights help you uncover the reasons behind the success or failure of a specific in-application user journey goal.
    Navigation paths Navigation paths enable you to quickly understand users' journeys through your application. Assess the most and least common navigation paths your users take and how you can improve them.
    User, Session, Event, and Page analysis Users, Sessions, Events (user interactions), and Pages are foundational data elements that can be used to isolate users' behavior and gain deeper insights to help you make better product and implementation decisions.
    Customizable user consent management User privacy, tracking, and consent management allows you to configure analytics tracking preferences across all applications and customize consent policies by location to comply with local law and company policies.
