Generate a document summary to get quick insights into key information from documents by using Now Assist in Document Management.
Procedure

Navigate to your workspace.

In the list section, go to the table that has the document summarization skill activated and open the record.
For example, an incident record.

Open the attached document to view it in the document viewer.

Generate a summary of the document by selecting Ask Now Assist.
Note: The Summarize button is now integrated into the Ask Now Assist button.
This gives the option to generate document summary with extract key insights.
- Optional:
Copy the summary by selecting the copy icon
.
The summary is copied and can easily be shared across emails, reports, or collaboration tools.
