Each schedule entry can only be associated with one schedule and includes a variety of configurable fields to meet your organizational needs.

- Show As: Displays how the schedule entry appears in calendars (Busy, At no extra charge, Tentative, On call).
- When: Specifies the date and time; includes an option for all-day entries.
- Repeats: Allows for defining repetition intervals, including daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly options.
- Repeat until: Sets an end date for the repetition; if left blank, the schedule continues indefinitely.

You can only associate a schedule entry with one schedule. The Schedule Entries related list contains the definitions of the time periods you want to include in or exclude from the schedule.

| Repeats | Repetition interval for the schedule entry, if any. If you select a repetition interval, other fields appear so you can further specify the repeat interval. |
