    Important:

    Conversational Analytics dashboard is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be supported until deprecation but will no longer be available for installation. A new Conversational Analytics dashboard in Platform Analytics experience, which meets the compliance requirements of Government Community Cloud (GCC), and thus FedRAMP authorized, is available.     Provides read and write access to all dashboard-related tables, for example, sys-conversation.

    Note:

    Chat analytics administrator [chat_analytics_admin]

    Provides access to view dashboard-related tables, create custom events, create custom formula overrides, reconfigure the dashboard using UI Builder, and set system parameters.

    UI builder administrator [ui_builder_admin]

    Enables you to add, remove, and rearrange dashboard contents. Needs UI Builder, which is a separate ServiceNow product.
