- Demand Form: Lets you select a demand currency (dependent on project preferences) and displays financial fields such as capital and operating expenses/budgets, total planned cost, financial returns, and actual costs in the chosen currency. The demand currency becomes read-only after creating cost or benefit plans.
- Demand Task Form: Inherits the demand currency from the Demand form and tracks actual costs based on approved time cards and resource rates.

currency. Actual cost comes after the assignee of the demand task creates and submits a time card. When the time card is approved, the resource rate, derived from the rate card, labor rate, or system properties, is used to populate this field. |
