CMDB Health Dashbaord - Audit Jobs

Hello,

Looking for some advice/ guidance.

In the CI Manager, I created several Certification Filters for the Health> Compliance of Business Applications. When I made the Certification Templates, I pointed them to the Certification Filters I made. Inturn, when I created the Audits, I pointed them to the Certification Templates.

I get the expected results when I run the audits, however the Follow on Tasks aren't created. The only way I have found to have the tasks created, is to put conditions in my Certification Templates. Is this correct?

I was under the impression that if I have my audit pointing to my template which in turn, points to my filter everything would work (which it does, apart from creating the follow on tasks). Are conditions required in the Certification Templates in order for Audit Follow on Tasks to be created?

Thanks

Hi @Emmat

I hope so, you need to put condition in Certification Template to create the Task, Also refer the below reference document, Might help to resolve.
