Hi Team,
I recently installed midserver in one of the VM, ( Rome version ). now we upgraded our ServiceNow to SanDiego version. Mid server is showing errors.
Do I need to re-install again by download setup, install on VM or Is there anything I need to do ? Please help.
Last time I did below steps :
Download setup file on vm
Opened Config file added URL, mid server account and password details
run the Start MID NT batch file.
then I was able to see MID Server in ServiceNow.
Validated the server
do I need to run the file again. please help me.
Thanks
Ashok

Hi @B Ashok
basically MID Server is able to update by itself but only in case the MID Server is able to connect to internet.

Hi @B Ashok
the MID Sever is the most complex topic in the ServiceNow universe and there are tons of reasons why the MID Server update is not working. Just saying "VM connected to internet, but still getting error. " is absolutely not helpful and therefore I cannot help you!
But you can have a look on my page https://www.servicenow.com/community/itom-articles/platform-mid-server-knowledge-troubleshooting-res...
Unfortunately it is a bit broken due to the migration from the previous Community portal, but you will find a lot of pages which may help you.
