Why can't I see the plugin Asset Management Foundation [con.snc.Assets]?

Hello experts,
We received a communication record about Core Asset Management classic UI deprecation, 
and upon reviewing the attached KB support article, it is stated there:
"To determine if you're using Asset Management, check if the Asset Management Foundation [con.snc.Assets] plugin is activated or not."
But upon checking on the plugins, I cannot find that plugin to check if it is activated or not?

I wasn't able to find such plugin in my PDI as well.

Where did you get this 'communication'? Was it from the Support portal?

Can you share the communication details and the attached KB article?

I think the comm record is not the same for everyone but it is also stated in this ServiceNow documentation
