Change RITM State Based on a Date/Time catalog variable

Hi, I'm struggling to find a way to set the RITM state to 'Resolved' based on reaching of the the actual date of a date/time variable. What is the best way to do this?

Hi Nicolas,

You can try using 'Wait for condition' in the workflow for the request.

Hi Jaspal, thanks for the sugestion, but does the item catalog variables works for the wait for condition action?
