COE not showing up post upgrade

Hi Team,

 

We have recently upgraded to Utah Patch 8 today but post upgrade we observed that COE is missing while creating Cases from HR agent workspace.

What could be the possible reason for this?

Are you able to select an HR Service first?  I would suggest activating and using the UIB version of Agent Workspace (i.e., Agent Workspace for HR Case Management) instead of the older version.
