How to hide transferred to on hr portal servicenow

Hi Everyone,

Whenever I transfer a HR case I could see "HRC0012345 Cancelled - Transferred to HRC0012346" on the HR portal. 

"Transferred to HRC0012346" should not appear on the HR portal when a case is transferred. Could you please help/guide me

Where does that appear on the case? Is that the short description on the old HR Case (e.g., HRC00012345), or is that a comment on that case?  It's hard to tell from your screenshot where you are seeing this to be able to guide on how to not have this appear.

 

If it's just the comment added to the activity log, you can modify the existing System UI > Message to appear as desired.  Key = "Case was cancelled and transferred to {0}".  Create the message, if it does not exist, but the Key needs to be exactly as I entered.  Then the Message can be what you want to appear (e.g., Case was transferred to {0}).  This message is called by the Copy Content to old Case post-transfer business rule and StandardCaseTransfer script include.
