"Community, we have VIP checkbox in user profile while configuring it, if any VIP creates an incident, we have different configurations to identify that this incident has been created by VIP user."
Have you ever thought if any of the HR case been created by VIP, then how you configure the priority for them?
Simple! use this property. "sn_hr_core.hr_vip_default_priority", this property helps you to tag the opened for/subject to person in HR case and set the priority accordingly.
