Search on Opened for /subject person with Preferred first name, Preferred last name, employee ID on HR case form

Hello Experts,

I am looking for an option where I can search "Opened for/Subject Person" details using(on the HR case form once HR case is created) using email ID/employee ID/Preferred first name etc even if is not provided in the below attribute. Since  I have added the attributes to  ref_ac_columns in field attributes for "Opened for/Subject Person" field in the dictionary attribute as below, I am able to search the employee details (opened for/subject person) only with these attributes added in the list

ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=location;employee_number,u_preferred_first_name;ref_ac_columns_search=true

Is there any if we are not adding email id/employee number (example)into the dictionary attributes but able to search opened for/subject person using email id?

Attached is the snap

Thanks in Advance!!

Hello,

Only way that could be possible is if you make 'display' true for email id field in sys_user/hr profile table and make 'display' false for all other fields if set to true in first place however as this will be applicable everywhere hence it is not advisable to do so hence just rely on Attribute.

Is there a business reason why you don't add the email and employee number to the attributes?  Since you are wanting to search within an existing case, another option could be to add those two fields to the reference lookup list (edit that list layout), so the agents could search that way.  It is an extra click to search this way, but an option.
