why Comments and worknotes section on the HR case doesn't show any updates?

Hi All,

Actually Comments and worknotes section on the HR case doesn't show any updates, if i post any worknotes or customer updates, , there is no upadate in that section, i am not sure , why this was happening

 

Please help me to sort out this

is this happening for admins or non-admins?

Do you have activities filter present on form layout in that view?

This happens to everyone, but this is only happen to particular HR service cases only, i have seen for other HR service on other COE, there working fine

Are you sure comments and work notes are configured to be shown in activity log?

Any ACL is blocking read access to those fields?
