Is it possible to show Genius Results in AI Search Assist?

I'm exploring the AI Search capabilities to increase incident deflection. I've managed to train an NLU model based on our incident data and use that to drive users towards Genius Results when they search in Employee Center.

 

As a next step, I also want to integrate the Genius Results in the incident record producer. The idea is that the user starts typing a problem description, upon which the AI Search comes up with relevant search results with Genius Results at the top. I have been looking into the AI Search Assist widget, but cannot determine whether this one actually supports showing Genius Results.

 

Does the AI Search Assist widget support Genius Results? If so, how do I make them appear when a user enters an incident description?

Hey pascalfrencken, this is not currently supported. It's an interesting use case though, feel free to submit it to the idea portal (separate login required).
