Why process flow formatter is not appear on my form design?

Process flow formatter plugin also installed. So, what is the reason that why process flow formatter is not at form design or form layout ?

You should add the formatter in your flow designer

Also can you try to re-open form design again and check.

Tried it but not works for me

After adding, can do try running "cache.do" and enter on your left navigation.

and then try to check the form.
