Remediation option has an ‘In Progress’ status

Dear community, I cannot find an answer to the following question from the CIS-SAM exam.

Which of the following two reasons could apply when a remediation option has an ‘In Progress’ status?

(two choices)

a) Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to allocate software rights
b) Rights are now available and can be consumed during reconciliation
c) Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to purchase software rights
d) Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to harvest software rights
e) Customer instance is pending updates to CDS Server

Could someone please clarify what would be the right answer ?

Thanks, David

Hi @pastrana

Option C,D are the correct.

In summary, when a remediation option has an 'In Progress' status in the context of managing software licenses and rights in ServiceNow, it could indicate that workflows or processes have been initiated to purchase or harvest software rights, the remediation action requires significant effort or resources, or there are dependencies on other activities or approvals that are still pending.

Thank you Ashir.

Thank you for clarifying this. Could you provide any reference on those details, or is it based on experience?
