Hello all,
I have added Entitlements of below Softwares:
Microsoft Windows Server 2012
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard
Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Standard
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
For above added entitlements i am getting 0 value for below models after reconciliation:
2012 Datacenter
2019 Standard
Also these installs are not getting covered in any other entitlements which are added as mentioned.
Any idea how does the installs get reconciled and calculated if there are these multiple versions and editions are mentioned.
Thanks,

Hi @Pranita2,
Hope you are doing well.
Proposed Solution
As a solution, take a look at the point mentioned below to capture the installations: -
- Navigate to "Software Installation (cmdb_sam_sw_install)" Table and check for the "Discovery Model", "Software Model", and "Software Model Result" Fileds should not be an empty. If not, you will be able to check the installations are capturing in which software model. Attaching screenshot for the reference.
If you find this information/knowledge/solution helpful, please don't forget to mark my solution and reply as helpful and accepted.
Thanks :)
