Schedule to make KB Article retired if expired

Hi folks,

I have a automating knowledge article question this time, and hoping you could give me a hand.   in Knowledge Base Article (KB), the OOTB design when an article's valid to is expired, in other words,   valid to < today, it does not set to active to false automatically.   There is a workflow field, choices are like

Draft

Review

Published

Rejected

Retired

I was wondering apart from scheduling a script to make this inactive and retired, is there any OOTB tool that could be leveraged to achieve this goal?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Kind regards,

George

Hi George,

I dont think there is an OOB functionality to retire article automatically.

However you can refer this:
