    • Add or remove data patterns to customize what the Smart Docs Agent suggests during redaction.

    Before you begin

    Role required: platform_document_management_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Security > Data Privacy > Privacy Policy Advanced Configuration.
    2. Select Document Redaction-sn_doc_gen_ai.
    3. Select and open Select Data Patterns.
    4. Select and add or remove patterns as needed.
    5. Select Save.
