Creation of relationship through flow designer for subclasses

Hi ,I need to create a relationship through flow designer.What I need is on the basis of hirearchy relationship should be made.for eg-: I need to create relationship between dynamic CI group to Application CI's whatever child class are coming under application hirearchy ( sub classes) also  relationship should be made . Can anyone suggest me how i can achieve this??

I found an interesting article about replicating CI relations between their corresponding entities. You can check how to copy CI relations between them. In the link there are a flow to use and video how to do it by yourself with steps explained.
