Announcement not showing up in ESC HR Portal

I have recently created new announcement for HR Portal but the same is not showing up in ESC.

Thanks @Community Alums  this worked. But will it have any impacted if we keep announcements whose Name is 'ISC:Invalid Run As User' as inactive. ?

Yes, it's because of the user being inactive.
