HR Document Management question for Workday and ServiceNow

We have two systems (Workday and ServiceNow) to manage HR app and data.  Recently we have a requirement to implement HR Document, but we are facing a challenge to decide which app is best choice for HR Doc Mgmt. Can anyone provide some information?
