Hi All
I can see that there is a UX form actions layout item specifically for Cancelling change requests. Funtionality is fine, however does anyone know how to hide this button based on specific roles or groups or users.
There does not look like there's a condition you can set to hide the actual Cancel option like you can do in a UI Action. In UI builder I can restrict the box appearing using audiences but I need to restrict the actual button in the workspace form menu.
Any ideas, Thanks

Thank you.
I found the way, under the https://XXXXXXXXXX.service-now.com/sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=6e0ff946a710011003396...
Go to the advanced view and then the 2nd tab in the condition tab, there are lots of different conditions that can be set.
