What to do when UI Builder Page and Variant not able to duplicate?

Hi Everyone,

 

I want to customize a incident record page and I am following this documentation line by line (https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/product/service-operations-...

 

I am able to duplicate "Record SNC" Variant, but when I am editing Record page tabs it is taking me to a new tab and in that page Overview under it there is Incident Overview SNC. when I am clicking on duplicate variant it is not allowing me to create a duplicate and showing error and I cannot even edit the condition.

Can anyone please help me with this. How can I create a variant of it and why is it happening?

Hi @Harsh3842 ,

The error what you have attached means that, you are not alllowed to duplicate that page.

Unfortunately, you don't have any other option apart from creating a new one.
