I would like to create an responsive dashboard or a report such that it shows the interactions a user has had with the help desk. A quick synopses of a users' CALLs, INCs, RITMs, and chats too, if possible (chats can be ignored if need be).
I have figured out how to make reports for each one of these at a time using the list interface.
I am but a Level 1 tech and do not have permissions to create data views or interactive filters.
Ideally: create a dashboard with an interactive filter such that I input the person's name and it auto updates the list reports with the user's info.
Acceptable workaround: 1 report that consolidates Calls, Incs, and RITMs into a list and I have to edit the condition in the report for a name.
I have tried doing this with the TASK table and dot walking but I have not been successful.
I believe I am on a ROME instance of SNOW but I am unable to confirm.

Hello,
You can attempt to report on the "task" table to see everything from a higher level, this would show you incident, request items, etc. all from one table. Unfortunately, you're saying you've tried this but didn't show anything. You wouldn't need to dot-walk...
Otherwise, please speak to your system administrator or someone else about obtaining appropriate access to use performance analytics and such if that's what you're interested in.
There's not much we can do on the forums and it's better for you to discuss this with your organization's ServiceNow team.
