Categories are not visible in the service catalog home page

Hi All,

 

I am not finding the way to show the category in the Service Catalog home page.

Admins can see but other users are unable to see the categories.

When you say other user, to whom and which role you are referring here? Is this issue for everyone or few?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

It is for everyone. I can see all the categories in the Service catalog(In the filter navigator- Service catalog). But when i am impersonating user with non-admin role, page is showing as blank only with title service catalog.

I tried at my end with ITIL user (impersonate)

Try clear the cache

Try in different browser.

Clear Instance cache as well and try.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

In Dev it is working fine. But in Test and Prod Instances it is not showing. I tried to clear cache and checked roles also. User has same role as in dev instance.\
