How to configure record producer/catalog item in Agent workspace

Hi ,

Can you please help me in setting up Record Producer or catalog Iteam for Agent workspace (specially in Domain separated instance) ?

I am getting issue. It is only showing Service catalogs (and not Items).

I have already read this and not helping out.

I have a requirement to create a record using record producer in Custom workspace.

1. There is no direct method to map Record producer on Agent workspace directly.

2. On whatever table you want to make record producer, you have to customize 'workspace' view on that table --> then use 'New Record Menu' to show fields .
