will try to keep my question short and simple.
I Built a Widget that is part of my customer support portal.
The Widget is a "Login" button that sends me to the login page of my Instance.
the Login button is shown to the costumer or user, only when they are not logged in already.
So the problem is: when Login is clicked the page freeze\breaks for few seconds and then I get an error message that
and only then I get sent to my Login Page:
https://MyCompanyName.service-now.com/navpage.do
Why does my Page break or why does it look for a connected user even though I clearly not logged in when activating the login Widget?
