How to Add email body to the comments or work notes in ServiceNow

Hi! Is there a way to enable or show the ServiceNow banner in every new tab? When I right click open a task under the ritm, it only shows the content frame with no banner.  I tried fiddling with some settings but can't find it. Thanks,itski
