How to disable/change OOB message

Hi team,I create RITM's using "Request Catalog item" all good   but customer wants to remove or change the message "Alright, you're all set. Shall I submit this request? ". Help me on the sameThanksAnil!

Hi All, How to Re-open or Cancel Incident using Virtual Agent?Is there OOB functionality where if we select any incident then it asks to cancel the incident and updates the worknotes and changes the state to cancel?     Regards, Harsha
