    • Submit an automation request using the ServiceNow® Service Catalog form to automate your business processes to streamline, reduce time spent on manual activities, and reduce costs.

    Vorbereitungen

    (Optional) Create an automation goal. For more information, see Create an automation goal.

    Role required: sn_ac.automation_business_user, sn_ac.automation_technical_user, catalog_admin, or sn_ac.automation_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Automation Center > Build > Submit an Automation Request.
    2. On the form, fill in the fields.

    3. Select Submit.
