Configure a form to show special handling notes

    • Display special handling notes on a form, such as the Case form, in either a form list or a pop-up window.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_shn.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to a form such as the Case form.
    2. Right-click the form header and select Configure > Form Layout.
    3. Select one of the following from the Available column and move it to the Selected column.
      • Special Handling Notes List
      • Special Handling Notes Pop Up
    4. Click Save.
