Associate an account with consumers

  • Enable customer service managers to identify the end consumers who are using products or services and keep track of customer information.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Accounts.
    2. Select an account.
    3. Click the Consumers related list.
    4. Click New to add an existing or new consumer.

      Add an existing consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, click the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon.).
      2. Select a consumer from the list.
      Add a new consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, click the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon.).
      2. Click New.
      3. On the Consumer form, fill in the fields.
      4. Click Submit.
    5. Click Submit.

    Result

    The selected consumer is associated with the account.
