SRM change request states
Incidents can be in a few different states depending on how they are acted on.
Change requests can be manually created in SRM. Edit actions from the change request form using the state field in the form or using buttons in the change request record. Use the Save button in the form to keep any changes you've made. Changes to change requests in the list view are automatically saved.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| New | State on change request creation. The request is logged but not yet worked on. |
| Assess | The change request approval is being worked on. |
| Scheduled | The change request is scheduled for work. |
| Implement | The change request is taking action. |
| Review | The change request is moved to the Review state. 注: All open change tasks are set to Canceled. |
| Closed | The change request is closed. |
| Canceled | Change request was triaged but found to be a duplicate, or unnecessary. 注: You cannot reopen a canceled changed request. |
