    • Activate the custom app record summarization skill to enable Now Assist for App Engine to summarize tables in custom applications.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin or sn_generative_ai.nsa_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.
    2. On the Now Assist Skills page, select App Engine from the side panel.
    3. Select Activate skill in the custom app record summarization card.

    Result

    The custom app record summarization skill is active.

    To use the skill to generate summaries for the tables in your custom applications, you must configure the skill. See Configure the custom app record summarization skill for more information.
