Now Assist Custom Skills

Hello Guys,

I would like to know what all the Custom skills, AI agents and Agentic works I can build in ServiceNow.

Can anyone give me few ideas.. we are trying to leverage AI in our organization so trying to see what can we build.. please let me know your suggestions.. I would really appreciate your help.

Recently I did build a custom sill to rewrite the work notes and additional comments by correcting grammar and adjusting the professional toning before the text is posted.. incase if anyone wants to know how to achieve I can provide the steps.
