We are developing Journey accelerator module for customer. We want to trigger journey accelerator plan from Lifecycle event. There is OOB HR template "Create Journey Accelerator Action Plan" available which we are using in activity of lifecycle event. In this HR template, we are not able to see "Create Journey Accelerator Plan Action" value in HR Task Type dropdown. How to get this value in HR task type dropdown ??
I saw in below community post, they are getting "Create Journey Accelerator Plan Action" value in HR Task Type dropdown.
Also when we are creating Journey accelerator plan from lifecycle event, Journey accelerator plan is showing in Draft status. We want to make plan in publish status as soon as it is created from Lifecycle event ? How to do this ?
