Change the color of the taskbar on the Gantt chart.

Hi all.

I want to change the color of the taskbar on the Gantt chart.
The documentation states that there is a "configuration icon" from the program workbench, but I don't see one.
Where can I configure it?

Also, if I want to use a color other than the colors provided in advance, where can I specify the color?
