As the title says, we're looking for a way to add an attachment to an assessment/survey in the service portal. In particular, we've been asked to add them to Tests. Is it possible?
I really want to know how to do this as well or how to add an image to a survey. Just as this forum allows you to add an image, I'd like to have my survey include an image the respondent can select from. I'd settle for an attachment of the image.
