how i could set the the assignment group automatically to service desk

"Under the User details tab, if the Department is IT, set the assignment group to IT Securities." 

please help me with this requirements under the problem management

You can use assignment rules for this requirement.

Go to left navigation > Type "Assignment rule" and open app module under Routing and assignment.

You can define condition in Applies to section and in Assign to section set the assignment group

You can use Assignment rule to set the group

1) navigate to sysrule_assignment.LIST

2) create new

3) set filter conditions

4) select table as Problem

5) select the group in Applies to

Make sure you click on "Show related fields" under conditions to get your "Department" of the user.
