Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft teams

Hi team,

We are trying to integrate the ServiceNow with microsoft teams. When creating reference type variables such as application, category,subcategory.I encounter an issue where only 10 values of the reference type are displayed at a time. I am exploring possibilities to enable faster search capabilities.

Can you please elaborate a little bit about where exactly you are seeing only 10 values?

Hi kilo,

Suppose I have one reference field i.e, application. so when I creating incident through teams then only at time we are able to see 10 application names at a time.
